VISCOPLEX® Cold Flow Improvers

Our comprehensive range of high performance VISCOPLEX^® CFIs is designed to control wax crystal formation in biodiesel from a variety of sources, resulting in excellent low-temperature flow performance. They can be used on their own at teat rates of 0.5 % - 1 % in order to significantly improve the Cold Filter Plugging Point - CFPP - (DIN EN 116), Pour Point (ASTM D97) or Cloud Point.

These low-temperature performance enhancements translate into:

• increased biodiesel sales in colder periods
• better handling properties
• increased portion of biodiesel in blends with fossil diesel to meet the required fuel specifications
• inceased value for product sold against CFPP target
