Hydraulic Fluid Influence on Piston Pump Efficiency

A study has been conducted to measure the impact of hydraulic fluid viscometrics on the operation of a high-pressure piston pump in a hydraulic system. The analysis of data demonstrates that a properly selected hydraulic fluid significantly improves overall efficiency.
